I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems from Central Michigan University, Prior to that, I earned my Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad.

Senior Systems Analyst, VISA (June 2020 – Present)

  • Led business requirement gathering, effort estimation, and WBS planning, improving traceability and accountability of Workday releases.
  • Developed comprehensive design documentation and portable code for the global internship performance review process.
  • Recommended business best practices around talent solutions through the use of a requirement playbook and prototype.

Senior Workday Consultant, Bank of America (Data Harvest/Experis US) (July 2015 – March 2017)

  •  Implemented and supported reporting for various Workday modules, collaborating with developers to enhance supportability.
  •  Designed and developed analytical reporting on trended data sources, performing testing to uncover bugs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Configured security, process flows, and notifications for Business Processes within the Workday system.

Project Engineer, Wipro (March 2011 – December 2013)

  • Resolved and fulfilled production support activities of SAP Business Intelligence, BPC, and HANA systems.
  • Involved in full life cycle implementation, including Analysis, Requirements gathering, Development, Testing, Reporting, Go-live, and Post Go-live support.
  • Developed HANA models and worked on plan viz of the models, creating HANA modeling scenarios and activities.
